Patron Services Associate
Part Time: 25 hours per week (non-exempt, hourly)
Overview: The Patron Services Associate reports to the Assistant Director of Education and works with the staff, faculty, volunteers, concert patrons, and school families. The primary function of this position is customer service. As the “face of Indian Hill” and the first person many of our patrons will interact with, the person in this position is vital to the success of our organization.
Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule that will include evenings and weekends. Schedule set monthly.

Outstanding professional educational experience and training in the areas of advertising, public relations, marketing and fundraising in a non-profit arts environment. Interns are individually supervised by department staff and involved in day-to-day operations, plus assigned clerical and administrative tasks, such as information market research, filing, database management, and material distribution. Intern special projects may include writing press releases, planning and coordination of special events, developing material for the web site, creating promotional offers, and proofreading. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, page layout tools preferred.
